• The Court of Appeals found that the trial court’s dismissal of the Plaintiff’s complaint was improper. The Court reversed and remanded.
In re the Termination of Parental-Child Relationship of D.C. and M.C., K.G. v. Indiana Department of Child Services, 201 N.E.3d. 660 (Ind. Ct. App. 2022)
• The Court of Appeals found that Mother did not receive proper notice of her right to counsel. The case was returned to the trial court for further proceedings.
